The Finsbury Distillery was founded by Joseph Bishop in London in 1740. It is a traditional London dry gin that is still produced today according to a recipe that is more than 250 years old. It is based on juniper berries, exotic fruits and herbs. This blend gives Finsbury Dry Gin a balanced and refined taste. The word gin is derived from the French word for juniper - genievre - but has been shortened to gin over the years.
