Description:

Emperor Deep Blue - London Bridge Finish was aged for 9 months at a depth of 60 metres off the island of Ouessant in Brittany. In an underwater cellar, it matured at 11-13°C, in total darkness, with maximum humidity, without oxygen and at a pressure of 6 bar. Before being immersed in the water, the wine matured for 12 months in old Sauternes barrels from Château Clos Haut-Peraguey - Grand Cru Classé 1855.
