In short, ABSOLUTE LEMON is smooth and velvety soft with a fresh and fruity flavour of lemon and lime with a hint of lemon peel. The main ingredients in ABSOLUTE LEMON are Absolut Vodka and lemon flavouring. Absolut Vodka is made from water and winter wheat. The water comes from a deep well in Åhus, Sweden, where it is protected from pollution. The winter wheat also comes from Åhus. Winter wheat differs from other types of grain in that it is sown in autumn and not harvested until the following year. In the meantime, it lies under the Swedish snow and develops its hard kernels. It is also said that winter wheat requires less fertiliser.
