Banrock Station Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz offers power, fullness and fruit sweetness. The wine is easy to drink with aromas of ripe red berries, figs and sweet spices, and the Shiraz grape contributes spicy notes of pepper and sage. The tannins are soft and the aftertaste has a hint of cherry. Serve at 16-18 ???C, preferably with beef or game.
