Made from a blend of Calvado varieties from the Pays d'Auge, aged between 3 and 5 years. Boulard Grand Solage is characterized by its apple scent and its beautiful amber color. The taste is clean and fresh with lots of fruit, followed by vanilla and oak. Perfect after a meal, but also good as an aperitif with tonic and ice.
