The coriander seeds, which give Beefeater its complex taste and nutty aroma, are imported from Romania, Russia and Bulgaria. The roots and seeds of the kvan plant (Angelica archangelica) complement the flavor composition with notes that are first aromatic, then sweet and finally rounded off with a sour, slightly earthy expression.
