The MontGras vineyard enjoys a very special location on Monte Ninquén, which has characterized the landscape at its foot with mineral leaching for centuries. This is clearly reflected in the reserve wines. Hernán Gras decided to grow wine in the area and planted 290 hectares of vineyards. Only hand-picked grapes from selected plots are used in the production of MontGras Reserva wines. Aging in small French and American oak barrels makes the wines suitable for maturation and gives them their special complexity and structure. In this way, they combine artisanal perfection with the unique character of the Colchagua Valley. MontGras Reserva wines are among the most highly awarded wines in Chile and regularly provide impressive evidence of their exceptional class.
