Natterjack Irish Whiskey is a blended whiskey made from single pot still and single grain whiskey. The whiskey was first aged in American bourbon barrels before being finished in virgin oak barrels.
The name Natterjack refers to the Natterjack toad, the unique toad found in Ireland. Unlike all other toad and frog species, the Natterjack toad does not jump, but walks quickly and always finds its own way. The whisky is a tribute to this toad and is intended for all those who also go their own way.
