Sierra Tequila is a crystal-clear, beautiful tequila with a distinctly pure taste and a mild and fine character. Tequila is made from the heart of the blue agave, which grows on the Mexican plateau in the province of Jalisco. Only after 8-10 years are the agaves ripe and can be harvested. The hearts are distilled twice in copper stills using old, traditional methods.
